White Owl Hospitality was founded to help businesses find their identity, navigate our evolving industry, and implement obtainable solutions. We are restaurant industry professionals that are truly passionate about hospitality and want to see restaurants grow together to meet market standards and improve our locale as a whole. In such a competitive industry, we have committed ourselves to finding solutions that work and stand the test of time, while also keeping up with current trends and necessities for running a successful business. We will work with you to find the best solutions for your growing business.

Our Process
It starts with you. We always begin our process by speaking with you, the owner/operator of your business, to get to know and understand who you are, and what your goals are, big and small. Then we will make an analysis of your business, regarding profits and losses, staff culture, menu execution, online reviews, and so on, to help us understand where your strengths and weaknesses are as a company. We will then come up with a full plan to implement our systems, menus, training, and go over the plan with you to make sure our visions align before moving forward. Once the plan is agreed on, we roll up our sleeves; menu development, kitchen, bar, and floor service programs, staff training, etc., and recording everything in a manual for you to keep in order to continue operating properly once we are finished. Once we’ve worked for you, we are partners. We will still be available to you via phone or email for any further consulting you may need. We will also schedule periodic follow up visits to make sure things are still running smoothly and make any changes if something isn’t working. We will be here for you every step of the way to make sure your restaurant succeeds, because your success is our success.

Seth's mother was a Bartender, and his father was a Chef. He was born into the hospitality industry and found his own love for it in craft cocktails and the bar industry scene. After serving in the United States Marine Corps, he was trained in bartending by some of the best in the world, and he went on to start building bar programs for a variety of different concepts. With a combination of creativity, passion, and military leadership, Seth's programs are unmatched.

Austin's background has spanned across some of California's most beautiful and sought after establishments, from family owned restaurants and Wineries to global Hotel Corporations. Austin strives to deliver world class guest experiences through coaching and development of top performing teams.
